朱和权，中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所博士，研究方向为蜂产品成分解析及生物活性功能，包括蜂蜜，蜂胶成分解析及真实性评价，蜂胶 蜂王浆的提高免疫，抗肿瘤，延缓衰老的功效。目前以第一作者发表中科院一区SCI 3篇。
